1. ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are not legally prohibited from possessing the items purchased.
  • You will comply with all local, state, federal, and international laws, including ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and EAR (Export Administration Regulations).

We strive for accuracy, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or images are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free.

  • Dropshipping Notice: Some items are fulfilled by third-party suppliers (via Syncee). Product packaging and shipping origin may vary.
  • Pricing: We reserve the right to modify prices or cancel orders due to pricing errors or inventory shortages.

3. PAYMENT AND BILLING

All payments are processed securely via PayPal or WooPayments (Stripe). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Domestic Only: Currently, we only ship within the United States.
  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
