At RONINREADY GEAR CO., LLC, many of our products are made-to-order or fulfilled through specialized production partners. This allows us to offer distinctive gear while reducing excess inventory and waste. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.
1. Fulfillment and Production Times
Many of our items are produced, printed, or prepared for shipment after your order is placed.
Made-to-Order Fulfillment: Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days before shipment.
Peak Seasons: During holidays, promotions, or high-demand periods, fulfillment may take up to 7 business days or longer.
Business Days: Our fulfillment and shipping partners generally operate Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Fulfillment time is separate from shipping transit time.
2. Shipping Availability
We ship to selected destinations based on product eligibility, carrier availability, and local shipping restrictions.
We currently offer shipping to the United States and may offer shipping to selected international destinations shown at checkout.
Not all products may be available for shipment to every country or region.
We reserve the right to restrict or cancel shipments to certain countries, states, provinces, territories, or addresses at any time due to legal, carrier, supplier, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
If we are unable to ship an item to your destination after your order is placed, we may cancel the affected item or order and will notify you and issue a refund as appropriate.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates and available shipping methods are shown at checkout.
Domestic Orders: Delivery estimates for U.S. orders typically range from 3–5 business days after fulfillment, unless otherwise stated.
International Orders: Delivery estimates for international orders vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.
Total Time: Total delivery time equals fulfillment time plus transit time.
All delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, high order volume, geopolitical events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Free standard shipping may be offered on qualifying orders only. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
4. Customs, Duties, VAT, and Import Fees
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, VAT, GST, sales tax, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. The customer is the importer of record and is solely responsible for paying all applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, and related charges.
Customs policies vary widely by country, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned because required import charges were not paid or required customs information was not provided, any refund may be reduced by the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, customs charges, and other direct costs incurred by us, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the shipment.
Some international shipments may have limited tracking visibility after leaving the origin country or during customs processing.
Tracking availability may vary depending on destination and shipping method.
6. Multiple Packages and Split Shipments
To provide the fastest and most efficient fulfillment, items in the same order may be produced and shipped from different facilities.
As a result:
- your order may arrive in multiple packages;
- different items may ship on different dates; and
- tracking numbers may be provided separately.
This is especially common when an order includes products from different production categories or fulfillment partners.
7. Shipping Addresses and Delivery Restrictions
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We recommend using a physical street address whenever possible for the most reliable delivery.
Some products or carriers may not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, freight forwarders, or certain remote areas.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an invalid or undeliverable address, we may require additional shipping charges before reshipping the order.
8. Export, Legal, and Destination Restrictions
Certain products may be restricted from shipment to certain jurisdictions due to local laws, carrier policies, supplier limitations, or export control requirements.
By placing an order, you represent that:
- the products you purchase may be lawfully imported into the destination country;
- you are not prohibited from receiving the products; and
- your order does not violate any applicable export control, sanctions, or import laws.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we believe may violate applicable law or shipping restrictions.
9. Lost, Stolen, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at contact@getroninready.com as soon as possible.
For shipping-related issues:
- If your package is marked Delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, building staff, or your local carrier.
- If your item arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label where possible.
- If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days after the estimated delivery date shown in the tracking information, and we will review the tracking status and, where appropriate, initiate a carrier claim or work with our fulfillment partner on a replacement or resolution.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, except as otherwise required by law or carrier policy.
10. Shipping Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- carrier service interruptions,
- customs delays,
- labor shortages or strikes,
- severe weather,
- natural disasters,
- supply chain disruptions,
- public health emergencies, or
- governmental actions.
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates when available.
