Overview
Our refund and returns policy generally lasts 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we generally cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Return requests submitted after the applicable deadline may be denied unless required by law or approved by us in writing.
Because many of our products are made-to-order or fulfilled through specialized production partners, return eligibility depends on the type of product and the reason for the return.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country, state, province, or place of residence. Where applicable law grants non-waivable cancellation, withdrawal, refund, replacement, or similar rights, those rights will apply to the extent required by law.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date shown in the tracking information.
Action Required: Please contact us at contact@getroninready.com and include clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item, along with the packaging and shipping label where possible.
Resolution: If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing, printing, or fulfillment defect, we will, at our discretion, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
Made-to-Order Items and Non-Returnable Situations
To keep our operations sustainable and aligned with our fulfillment partners, many made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange for non-defect reasons.
Except where required by applicable law, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for:
Buyer’s Remorse / Change of Mind: Items ordered by mistake, unwanted items, or change-of-mind purchases.
Sizing Issues: Because many products are printed or produced to order, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection. Please consult the sizing charts on the product page before purchasing.
Specific Goods: Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health or personal care items.
Used or Altered Items: Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery for reasons not caused by our error.
General Returns for Non-Custom / Non-Made-to-Order Items
For items that are not made-to-order, custom, or otherwise marked as non-returnable, returns may be accepted if the following conditions are met:
Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging.
Authorization: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or fulfillment partner. Contact us first at contact@getroninready.com for return authorization and instructions.
Partial Refunds: In some situations, only a partial refund may be granted, such as for items returned with signs of use, missing parts not due to our error, opened media, or damaged packaging.
Shipping, Address, and Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Incorrect or Insufficient Address: If you provide an address considered incorrect or insufficient by the courier, the shipment may be returned to the fulfillment facility. You will be responsible for any applicable reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you, unless the delivery issue resulted from our error.
Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned to the fulfillment facility may be reshipped at your expense.
Delivered but Not Received: If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, building staff, or your local carrier, then contact us promptly if further help is needed.
International Orders, Customs, Duties, and Refused Shipments
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any applicable duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, VAT, GST, sales tax, or other import-related charges, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned because required import charges were not paid or required customs information was not provided, any refund may be reduced by the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, customs charges, and other direct costs incurred by us, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Customs delays do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.
Return Shipping
If a return is authorized, you must follow the instructions provided in your return authorization email.
Unless the return is due to our error, a confirmed defect, or unless otherwise required by applicable law:
- you are responsible for the cost of return shipping;
- original shipping charges are non-refundable; and
- customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and similar charges are non-refundable.
If you are returning a higher-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive a returned item that is sent without tracking or proper packaging.
Refund Process
Once your authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or credit card issuer.
Where applicable law requires a different or shorter refund timeline, we will comply with that law.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received an approved refund:
- check your bank account again;
- contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time before the refund is officially posted;
- contact your bank, since processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be eligible for refund unless otherwise required by applicable law. Sale items, clearance items, and other specially marked final-sale items are generally final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.
