At RONINREADY GEAR CO, LLC, our gear is made-to-order specifically for you. This allows us to offer high-quality, specialized equipment without the waste of mass production. Please review our shipping protocols below.
1. FULFILLMENT & PRODUCTION TIMES
- Made-to-Order: Because each item is printed or manufactured upon your purchase, fulfillment typically takes 2–5 business days before it is ready to ship.
- Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-demand periods, production times may extend to 7 business days.
- Business Days: Our fulfillment partners operate Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
- Free Standard Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders.
- Delivery Estimate: Once fulfilled, estimated delivery is 3–5 business days for domestic orders.
- Total Wait Time: Most customers receive their gear within 7–10 business days from the date of purchase.
3. ORDER TRACKING
Once your gear has been printed and left the facility, you will receive an automated email with your Tracking Number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to update the status of your shipment.
4. MULTIPLE PACKAGES
To ensure the fastest delivery, your items may be fulfilled at different specialized facilities. If you order multiple items (e.g., a technical pouch and a custom apparel item), they may arrive in separate packages at different times.
5. DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS & EXPORT
- P.O. Boxes: While many items can ship to P.O. Boxes, we recommend using a physical street address for the most reliable delivery.
- ITAR/Export: RONINREADY GEAR CO LLC does not ship internationally. All items are intended for domestic use only and are subject to US Export Control laws.
6. LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, or if your gear arrives with a printing defect or damage, please contact us at contact@getroninready.com within 48 hours so we can initiate a claim or a replacement with our fulfillment partner.
