Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we generally cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Because many of our items are made-to-order, our return criteria vary depending on the type of product and the reason for the return.


Damaged or Misprinted Items (Made-to-Order)

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • Action Required: Please contact us at contact@getroninready.com with photos of the damaged or defective item.
  • Resolution: If the error is confirmed as a manufacturing or printing defect, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Situations

To keep our operations sustainable and aligned with our fulfillment partners, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s Remorse: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered by mistake.
  • Sizing Issues: Products are printed to order; therefore, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizes. Please consult the Sizing Charts on our product pages before purchasing.
  • Specific Goods: Perishable goods (food, flowers, magazines), intimate/sanitary goods, gift cards, downloadable software, and some health/personal care items.

Shipping & Address Issues

  • Wrong Address: If you provide an address considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
  • Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the facility. You will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

General Returns (Non-Custom Items)

For items that are not made-to-order (if applicable), the following rules apply:

  1. Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  2. Authorization: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us first at contact@getroninready.com for a return authorization.
  3. Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (e.g., books with signs of use, opened media, or items missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take time before it is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary).
  4. If you’ve done all this and still have no refund, contact us at contact@getroninready.com.

Sale Items Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should follow the instructions in your return authorization email.

  • Costs: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Tracking: If you are returning expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
